All transactions on masagana are conducted in Philippine pesos (PHP). We support deposits and withdrawals via GCash, Maya, and major Philippine bank transfers. Deposits are credited to your account balance promptly after confirmation from the payment provider. Withdrawal requests are processed to your registered payment methodand are subject to standard processing times. masagana does not charge fees for deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges. All players are required to use payment methods registered in their own name — third-party payments are not accepted under any circumstances.
All bets placed on masagana are final once confirmed. Players are responsible for ensuring that their bet selections, stake amounts, and chosen markets are correct before submitting. In the event of a technical error or system fault that affects the outcome of a game or bet settlement, masagana reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the player's account balance. Odds and game outcomes are determined by the relevant game provider or sports data feed, and masagana does not manipulate results in any way. Any attempt to exploit technical errors, use automated betting software, or engage in match-fixing or collusion will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any associated winnings.

Grounds for suspension include, but are not limited to: providing false registration information, operating multiple accounts, engaging in fraudulent payment activity, using prohibited software, or attempting to manipulate game outcomes. In cases of suspected fraud or money laundering, masagana may freeze account funds pending investigation and report the matter to the relevant Philippine authorities. Players whose accounts are closed for breach of these terms will forfeit any bonus balances and may forfeit winnings derived from prohibited activity.
